Served his mission in Venezuela 2000–2002 and then married Jillian Partridge shortly after his return. They now have 4 boys living with them in Idaho. | Brian Corrales graduated from BYU with a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems Management. He has worked as an independent web developer for e–commerce and genealogy–focused web applications. He spent a year at Deseret Book where he developed the new online store. Brian is currently a Developer Support Engineer for the FamilySearch API. Brian has been married for 3.5 years and has a 2 year old son. During his spare time, he teaches martial arts in Salt Lake City. | |

| John Finlay graduated from BYU with a degree in Computer Engineering. He is currently a full-time faculty instructor at Neumont University teaching computer science courses. Each quarter John leads teams of Neumont students who work on Family History related open source projects. In 2002, John founded the PhpGedView open source genealogy project which quickly grew to be the largest open source genealogy application on SourceForge.net. | Logan Allred is the lead developer for 2 open-source genealogy projects: MAF, a record manager for the Macintosh, and FSKit, a Cocoa framework for communicating with the new FamilySearch web APIs. His passion for family history was ignited while in High School helping his father research their ancestors, and continues today. He has been writing software professionally for 10 years, primarily with Java, WebObjects, and now Flex. Phillip J. Windley, Ph.D. is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Kynetx , an early stage ecommerce company focused on turning shoppers into customers. As CTO, Dr. Windley directs the company's product strategy and is responsible for product architecture, implementation, and operations. Dr. Windley is a frequent author and speaker on digital identity, web architectures, web services, and interoperability. He writes the popular Technometria blog which contains numerous white papers in these areas and others . Dr. Windley is the author of the book Digital Identity published by O'Reilly Media. Dr. Windley is also an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Brigham Young University and Executive Producer of IT Conversations , a popular network of technology podcasts. Prior to joining BYU, Dr. Windley served from 2001-2002 as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the State of Utah , serving on Governor Mike Leavitt's Cabinet and as a member of his Senior Staff. In this capacity he was responsible for effective use of all IT resources in the state and advised the Governor on technology issues. During his tenure, the State was repeatedly recognized by many national groups for its excellence in the areas of IT and eGovernment. Phil serves on the Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards for several high-tech companies. Phil received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Univ. of California, Davis in 1990. |

| Robert Raymond is a 40 year veteran of family history and a 30 year veteran of professional software development. At FamilySearch Robert promotes standards and best practices. He currently serves as a family history consultant and family history center staff member and trainer. Previous to FamilySearch, Robert worked at Ancestry.com for nearly 6 years. Robert holds over a dozen patents from his previous work on file systems for products like PartitionMagic at PowerQuest Corporation. Robert helped found the company and served as vice president of software development until company revenues exceeded $60 million annually. Robert holds a masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University, which honored him as a Spencer W. Kimball Scholar. | Ryan Heaton is a senior software engineer at FamilySearch.org. He’s been with the organization now for over five years, working on various teams involved in the design and development of the family tree application stack. His passion for Web services has been a part of the FamilySearch API team since it’s very beginning, and he’s been also been invited to share his expertise at a handful of professional conferences and online publications around the world.
